Rectification (AC → DC):
The single-phase 220V AC input first passes through a rectifier bridge and filter capacitors, where it is converted into smooth DC power.
Inversion (DC → AC):
The DC power is then supplied to a three-phase inverter bridge built with IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors).
A high-speed DSP microprocessor controls the IGBTs with precise timing and control algorithms. Through PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology, the DC power is converted into three-phase AC power.
Output:
After inversion and modulation, the converter provides a stable three-phase 380V, sine-wave output. The microprocessor continuously controls the system to maintain balanced and stable three-phase output voltage.
