Description

The Three Phase to Single Phase Transformer converts power from a three-phase supply into stable single-phase output. It is widely used for machinery, control panels, lighting systems, laboratory equipment, heating systems, and single-phase devices operating in three-phase power environments.
Common power ratings include 1 kVA, 2 kVA, 3 kVA, 5 kVA, 10 kVA, 15 kVA, 20 kVA, 30 kVA, 50 kVA, 75 kVA, and 100 kVA. Popular voltage combinations include 380V/400V/415V three-phase input to 220V/230V/240V single-phase output, and 480V three-phase input to 120V/240V single-phase output.
Built with high-quality silicon steel core, copper windings, and industrial-grade insulation, this transformer provides low loss, low noise, stable voltage output, and long service life.

Key Features & Advantages

Phase conversion of power grid: converting three-phase voltage into single-phase output
Prevent voltage fluctuations and overheating: eliminate current imbalance on utility transformers and distribution lines, avoid regional power grid losses and equipment tripping. (Optional)
Efficient and low-energy consumption: Optimized iron core geometry and advanced magnetic insulation materials minimize heat dissipation, with an overall efficiency of over 96%.
Flexible multi tap customization: Tailored input voltage (380V/400V/415V/480V) and output configuration to match specific single-phase load schematics.
Durable dry insulation: flame retardant, moisture-proof, maintenance free dry structure, using F-grade or H-grade insulation materials.

FAQ

Q1: When should I choose an Autotransformer instead of an Isolation Transformer?
A: You should choose an Autotransformer if you simply need to convert line voltage (e.g., from 380V to 220V for imported machinery) and do not require complete electrical/galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. It is much more compact, highly efficient, and cost-effective.

Q2: Can this autotransformer be built into our existing control cabinet?
A: Yes, we supply open-type (IP00) autotransformers specifically designed for integration inside customer control panels, as well as standalone enclosed units (IP20/IP23) for floor mounting.

Q3: Do you support dual or multiple output voltages on a single autotransformer?
A: Absolutely. We can engineer multi-tap output terminals (for example, 380V input to both 220V and 200V outputs) according to your electrical schematics.
