The TNS High Accuracy Three Phase AVR is designed for equipment requiring precise and stable voltage. Each phase can be regulated independently to help maintain balanced and reliable three-phase power. Key Features: High-accuracy voltage regulation Independent three-phase regulation 380V / 400V output options Customized input voltage range 50Hz / 60Hz Automatic protection No additional waveform distortion

Secure Your Production Line. Eliminate Costly Downtime.

Voltage fluctuations in industrial grids can destroy expensive CNC machines, halt assembly lines, and corrupt sensitive medical equipment. Our Heavy-Duty Three-Phase Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) continuously monitors and corrects incoming power from 304V to 456V, delivering a flawless, stable 380V output across all three phases. Engineered for factories, hospitals, and construction sites where power failure is not an option.

Key Features (Bullet Points)

True 3-Phase Independent Regulation: Utilizes three separate control circuits to balance and stabilize each phase individually, preventing motor burnout caused by phase unbalance.

🛡️ Wide Input Tolerance (±20%): Safely handles extreme industrial grid drops and surges (304V – 456V Line-to-Line).

⚙️ High-Precision Servo Control: Driven by a high-torque servo motor , ensuring output accuracy of 380V ± 1~3% with zero waveform distortion.

🛑 Comprehensive Industrial Protection: Built-in safeguards including Over-Voltage, Under-Voltage, Over-Load, Short-Circuit, and crucial Phase-Sequence / Phase-Failure Protection (prevents reverse motor rotation).

🏢 Robust Cabinet Design: Housed in heavy-gauge steel enclosures with ventilated mesh doors, forced-air cooling fans, and lockable handles for harsh factory environments.

FAQ Section

Q: What is "Phase Sequence / Phase Failure Protection" and why do I need it?

A: If the utility grid loses one phase, or if two phase wires are swapped during maintenance, 3-phase motors will overheat or spin in reverse, destroying your machinery. Our AVR detects this instantly and cuts off the output to protect your expensive equipment.

Q: Can this stabilizer output 220V for my single-phase machines?

A: Yes. This is a 3-Phase 4-Wire system. The voltage between any Line (L1, L2, or L3) and the Neutral (N) wire is exactly 220V, allowing you to power both 380V heavy machinery and 220V standard equipment simultaneously.

Q: What is the difference between Servo Motor type and Relay type?

A: This model uses a Servo Motor, which provides stepless, high-precision voltage correction (±1-3%). It is highly recommended for sensitive CNC and medical equipment. Relay types are cheaper but cause voltage "steps" that can disrupt precision machinery.

Q: My factory uses 415V, not 380V. Can you manufacture this?

A: Absolutely. 380V, 400V, and 415V are all standard industrial variations. Simply select "Custom Voltage" at checkout or email us your exact input/output requirements, and we will wind the transformer specifically for your grid.
