The client's processing plant is located deep within a mountainous region, situated several kilometers away from the local village’s main distribution transformer. Due to the extreme transmission distance and aging rural grid infrastructure, the power supply suffered from continuous and severe line impedance losses.

After evaluating the distance, load characteristics of the inductive fan motors, and the extreme input voltage fluctuations (170V–240V range), Kebang’s technical team engineered a specialized high-capacity Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) tailored for motor-heavy inductive loads.

Upon receiving the customized AVR unit, the client completed the installation at the main electrical distribution board preceding the processing equipment.
Immediately after energizing the system, real-time measurements at the primary utility meter confirmed that the input voltage of ~170V was smoothly transformed into a rock-steady nominal output voltage, allowing all ventilation fans and curing equipment to run simultaneously without interruption.
