Scott1KVA-100KVA
Three phase to single-phase (Scott) dry-type transformer (5kVA to 1000kVA or customized) Our high-performance Scott transformer is specifically designed to convert three-phase AC power input to single-phase (or heavy-duty single-phase) output, preventing current overload on a single power line while ensuring high efficiency and low leakage flux. Made according to ISO9001 standards, it is an ideal choice for heavy industry heating, induction furnaces, and welding. Power capacity: 5 kVA -1000 kVA (customizable) Voltage options: Primary three-phase 380V, 400V, 415V, 480V to secondary single-phase/2-phase 110V, 220V, 380V Core advantages: H-class insulation, low noise, heavy-duty overload durability Service: Direct manufacturer pricing | Customized solution design | Complete factory type testing
Scott transformer is a specialized transformer device designed to convert three-phase AC power into two-phase or heavy-duty single-phase output. Directly transition from standard three-phase power grid to single-phase power usage
Our Scott dry-type transformer is manufactured with high-quality silicon steel cores and copper/aluminum windings, in compliance with ISO9001 and CE standards. They provide excellent power quality, stable voltage regulation, and strong safety for demanding industrial and infrastructure applications.
Phase conversion of power grid: converting three-phase voltage into single-phase output
Prevent voltage fluctuations and overheating: eliminate current imbalance on utility transformers and distribution lines, avoid regional power grid losses and equipment tripping. (Optional)
Efficient and low-energy consumption: Optimized iron core geometry and advanced magnetic insulation materials minimize heat dissipation, with an overall efficiency of over 96%.
Flexible multi tap customization: Tailored input voltage (380V/400V/415V/480V) and output configuration to match specific single-phase load schematics.
Durable dry insulation: flame retardant, moisture-proof, maintenance free dry structure, using F-grade or H-grade insulation materials.

Our 3-phase to 1-phase transformers are widely used across diverse industrial sectors requiring direct voltage adjustment:
Imported CNC Machinery: Lathes, milling machines, laser cutters, and machining centers.
Industrial Automation: SMT surface mount equipment, PCB manufacturing lines, and robotic arms.
Motor & Pump Drives: Step-down voltage starting for large AC induction motors, fans, and compressors.
Commercial Power Systems: HVAC systems, printing presses, and plastic injection molding machinery.
Q1: When should I choose an Autotransformer instead of an Isolation Transformer?
A: You should choose an Autotransformer if you simply need to convert line voltage (e.g., from 380V to 220V for imported machinery) and do not require complete electrical/galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. It is much more compact, highly efficient, and cost-effective.
Q2: Can this autotransformer be built into our existing control cabinet?
A: Yes, we supply open-type (IP00) autotransformers specifically designed for integration inside customer control panels, as well as standalone enclosed units (IP20/IP23) for floor mounting.
Q3: Do you support dual or multiple output voltages on a single autotransformer?
A: Absolutely. We can engineer multi-tap output terminals (for example, 380V input to both 220V and 200V outputs) according to your electrical schematics.
